Welcome to our October newsletter series!

We are excited to start October with some exciting changes. Beginning with today's newsletter, we will introduce a new format for our channel to better serve you.

First off, we have some channel updates. We are rolling out a new vlogging schedule, with fresh content released weekly:

• Sundays at 5 pm: Random Topic or News Day

• Tuesdays at 6 pm: Tips Videos

• Thursdays at 6 pm: Regular Vlog Day

Be on the lookout for these changes, as we believe they will help us strengthen our community and work towards our goal of reaching 10,000 subscribers by 12/31/2024! Currently, we have 8,120 subscribers and our numbers are growing every day. Over at HeyMrsParker, I have reached 306 subscribers. Not bad at all!

This Week’s Spotlights: Autumn cruises and Halloween-themed voyages

Curious about experiencing the vibrant colors of autumn or enjoying spooky festivities at sea? This October, join us for a month-long journey through the most enchanting and thrilling cruise experiences of the season. From admiring the fall foliage in New England to celebrating with Jack Skellington in the Caribbean, we have the inside scoop on making this fall truly unforgettable. So grab your pumpkin spice latte and let's set sail into a world of autumn wonders!

We had the privilege of taking one of these cruises in October 2022! We were on an 8-day, 7-night cruise visiting North America (Boston, Maine, New England) and Canada on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas. We are avid Caribbean cruisers, but there is something to be said about a fall foliage cruise. We had a beautiful experience in the ports of call, but not so much on the ship. Here are a few tips to enjoy your fall foliage cruise:

1. Research the ship: Make sure you pick a ship or cruise line that falls within the structure of what you are looking for in cruising.

2. Activities: Be prepared for activities to be completely different from what you are used to on a Caribbean cruise. There may be more indoor activities based on weather and time of year.

3. Make sure you are prepared for a change in demographic: More people tend to cruise the Caribbean, so there are varying age ranges. That may not be the case on a fall foliage cruise.

7. Compactness: Pack clothes that can be rolled or folded tightly

8. Laundry Facilities: Check if the cruise ship offers laundry services

9. Weather Monitoring: Keep an eye on the weather forecast
